• Clients must provide proof of valid travel insurance at the time of booking or prior to departure.
• Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
• Moyer the Explorer is not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to absence or insufficiency of travel insurance coverage.
• Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the terms, conditions, and exclusions of their insurance policy before travel.
3. Changes and Cancellations
• Any request for changes to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees.
• Cancellations by clients may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the booking confirmation.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified by the service providers and insurance policies purchased.
4. Travel Documentation
• It is the client’s responsibility to have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documents.
• Moyer the Explorer is not responsible for denied entry or refusal of travel due to improper documentation.
5. Liability and Indemnity
• While Moyer the Explorer strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not accept liability for errors or omissions.
• We act as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers and are not liable for the actions or defaults of third parties.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moyer the Explorer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their travel arrangements.
6. Force Majeure
• Moyer the Explorer is not responsible for any loss or damage due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or health emergencies.
7. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.
8. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Your Country/State, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
